Shipping and delivery

Your Flip & Co quilt is crafted with care, from pattern to post office. All quilts are handmade in my farmhouse studio in Condobolin and shipped via Australia Post with tracking within two business days once payment is received.

Your parcel should arrive within 2-7 days once shipped, based on Australia Post timelines.

I do my best to make sure that your parcel is protected on its journey. It is wrapped, tied with a cute fabric bow and packed in a tough 100% biodegradable post pack.

Please note that once your package has been shipped, I cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit. However, if a product arrives looking a little worse for wear, please get in touch. Send me photos of any damage and I'll do my best to help you out.

Here are the terms and conditions, information on returns and the business bits designed to protect you and I to make sure things are fair for everyone.

When you purchase an item from this website, or confirm a custom quilt order by email, you agree to these terms and conditions.

I am unable to accept returns or cancellations on custom quilts. If there is a problem with your custom quilt, I am very happy to discuss it with you. Please get in touch as soon as you can.

You can learn more about my process for custom quilts on the Process/FAQ page.

I gladly accept returns on any pre-made quilts or other items purchased on this site, based on the following conditions:

● Contact me within seven days of delivery stating the reason for the return. Please email me.

● Ship the item to me, and provide me with a tracking number, within seven days of making your return request.

● Your payment will be refunded once the item has been received by me and is in original condition.

All care is taken with photography to present products true to colour. Please remember that colours can vary across different devices. If you have any questions please get in touch.

For all quilts I make, I reserve the right to document the process of making each one and share those images - and images of the final product - across social media, this website and in other marketing.

I'll always ask before sharing any information about a custom order - I don't want to ruin any birthday, Christmas or other surprises! If you would prefer that I don't document your custom order, please let me know when placing your order.
